SUMEC International Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1999 by its parent company SUMEC Group Corporation (stock code: 600710), one of the top 500 enterprises of China and a key member of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, a state-owned backbone enterprise directly administered by the Central Government.

SUMEC International Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the import of high-end mechanical and electrical equipment for textile, light industry, machining, metallurgy, electronics, new energy and medicine, and the operation of domestic and foreign supply chains for bulk commodities such as steel, coal, minerals, building materials, petrochemicals and textile materials. With the registered capital of 640 million RMB, the company is headquartered in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and has built more than 20 wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries in Singapore, Dubai, Vietnam, Hong Kong SAR, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Haikou, Xiamen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuxi, Zhenjiang and other places.
